1. Private members area

This website provides private access to photographic and video materials for eligible members. Access is personal, limited, revocable and may depend on an active Patreon membership or another approved access arrangement.

2. Adult artistic content

Members content may include full artistic nudity and is intended only for adults. All models and other persons depicted in nude or intimate photographic and video content were at least 18 years old when the material was created. No minors are depicted in nude content.

3. Patreon access

Membership purchase, account eligibility and age-related access controls may be handled through Patreon under Patreon’s own terms and procedures. Users must not bypass age restrictions, access controls or account limitations.

4. Copyright and permitted use

All photographs, videos, text, design and downloadable files are protected by copyright. Membership grants private viewing and, where expressly offered, personal downloading. Copying, redistribution, resale, reposting, public display, scraping, automated collection, model training, dataset creation or other reuse is prohibited without written permission.

5. Personal account access and security

Membership access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, published on forums or made available to another person. A membership may be used on no more than two remembered devices, and only one active session is permitted at a time. New logins may close an earlier session.

Accounts showing simultaneous use, repeated logins from unrecognised devices, rapid geographic or network changes, automated access, excessive downloading, credential sharing or other unusual activity may be temporarily suspended for security review. All active sessions may be closed and registered devices may be reset. Repeated or deliberate abuse may result in permanent termination without a refund for the current billing period, subject to mandatory law.

The account holder is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and should contact support promptly if unauthorised access is suspected.

6. Payments and cancellation

Payments and cancellations are generally processed by Patreon or the relevant payment provider. Membership may be cancelled at any time, but payments for the current billing period are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Availability

The archive may change over time. Individual items, resolutions or sections may be added, replaced, reorganised or removed. Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
