Access problems

Use the same Patreon account that holds the active membership. If access is missing after login, log out, reconnect through Patreon and refresh the page.

Before contacting support

• confirm that the Patreon membership is active;
• check that you are using the correct Patreon account;
• disable aggressive browser privacy extensions temporarily;
• try a private/incognito window or another browser;
• include the page URL and a screenshot of the error.
